--- BTDSYS SAMPLEGRID ALPHA 2 ---
***********************************************************************
These machines go in your GENERATORS folder. Repeat: GENERATORS.
OK, now you have no excuses :)
***********************************************************************
Some basic stuff:
* Now with multiple versions. Versions have different numbers of triggers,
and/or different types of triggers ("switch"es are on/off, "byte"s are
numeric).
* Load some samples into consecutive wavetable slots. Set the First Wave
parameter to the first of these. Now enter triggers into the columns.
* Auxbus works better if you use the Cyanphase return, connect SampleGrid
to the aux return, and set aux return's in mixing levels (NOT the volume
of the machine connection!!!) to zero. This should prevent any clicks or
latency you might otherwise experience.
As for everything else, well just play around with it. You'll figure it out.
If you find any bugs or missing features, or you just want to tell me how
lame I am, email me at e@btd2001.freeserve.co.uk.
And don't use it in songs you want to keep or distribute yet.
Thanks for your time
btd
